Welcome to the Application home page. In our efforts in reducing our carbon footprint, we have moved our application to be fully digital. To begin, click on the > next to the ‘Personal Data’ task and complete the form.
At any time, you may either ‘Save and Continue Editing’ or ‘Mark as Complete’. Click on ‘< Back to application’ to bring you back to the home page and show you the progress of your application. You can go back into your application at any time to edit or make changes prior to hitting the 'Submit button'.
Click on the > next to the ‘Program Coordinator Application’ task and complete each question.
Next, you will complete the questions in the 'Written Assignment'(always having the option of saving and editing), if you'd like to come back to it later, or if you want to ensure your work does not get lost.
Continue to click on each task - you will be asked to upload your: Curriculum Vitae, TQS Card (showing your current salary category) and transcript(s). We can accept ONLY unofficial SFU transcripts. Any other trancripts must be original or copies of original ones. If you have ordered other institutional transcripts, and are waiting for them to arrive, please upload the unofficial version and then send us the original(s) when you receive them. Once uploaded, you will be able to see your attachments and make changes if necessary.
Lastly, you will be asked to invite three recommenders via email to submit your letters of reference (three letters are mandatory). Once their emails have been entered, each referee will be sent a link to upload a letter of reference to your account (they should check their junk folder for this message as well). Referees must create an account in order to upload their letters to the system. You will receive a confirmation email once each recommender has submitted their reference letter.
Once all your tasks are ‘Complete’ you will be able to hit the ‘Submit button’ in the left-hand progress window of this page. Once you hit submit, you will not be able to edit your submission. Don't worry, as our office will be in contact with you if anything is missing in your application!
